Hello. My name is Barry Shirley and I specialise in helping people live happy and enjoyable lives.

I have helped hundreds of people stop addictions, eliminate anxiety and stress, build confidence and self-esteem, lose weight, stop fears, and achieve many other changes. These also include eliminating fear of public speaking, fear of flying, improving sports performance, controlling anger and sexual problems.

My full-time clinical hypnosis practice has been in operation since 2003. I am able to combine counselling, life coaching and other modalities to help you achieve the best outcome.

My qualifications are extensive and include the following: Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy (Distinction), Certificate of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Diploma of Counselling Skills, Diploma of Remedial Massage plus many business qualifications where I achieved first place awards.
